New YouTube Custom Blurring Feature works on moving people.



Google launches Custom Blurring feature on YouTube; users can draw box around object or person they wish to keep from being seen; YouTube blurs out boxed item, even if it moves in the frame; feature can be found in Blurring Effects tab of enhancements tool. via LAUNCH
